Returns Policy

We want you and your dog to love your Herd & Chew products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt/order number is required.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

What Isn’t Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used toys

  • Damaged or popped inner balls caused by play, chewing, rough use, or normal wear

  • Items damaged due to incorrect inflation or misuse

This is standard in the pet-toy industry and helps keep all pets safe.


Replacements & Warranty

We stand behind our quality — if the product arrives faulty, we’ll fix it.

We will replace the product if:

  • It arrives damaged before use

  • It will not inflate at all upon first use

  • There is a manufacturing defect that shows before the first play session

Cost to customer: $0 (we cover product + shipping).

We will not replace the product if:

  • The inner ball pops after being played with

  • The dog bites, punctures, or chews through the ball

  • The ball loses air due to a puncture or rough play

  • Damage is due to over-inflation or incorrect use

This aligns with what your competitors already state clearly.


Inflation Issues

Occasionally an inner ball may not maintain inflation due to a tiny manufacturing defect.
If this occurs within 24 hours of receiving your order, and before any play, we will:

  • Replace the inner ball free of charge

  • Customer pays shipping (to keep the policy fair), OR optionally:

    • You offer one free replacement per customer but customer covers shipping

    • This prevents abuse while still keeping goodwill high
