We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help!
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

We will provide instructions on how to return the item to us.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange, typically within 7-10 business days.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently support exchanges at this time.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at herdandchew@gmail.com with pictures and details about the issue. We will arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.
