ARE THE TOYS SAFE FOR MY DOG?

WHAT IF MY DOG DOESN’T LIKE THE TOY?

We are confident that your dog will love our toys, but if for any reason it’s not a fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items. Just contact us, and we'll guide you through the process!

At the moment, customisation options are limited to the colours we offer. Our colours are specifically chosen to hide dirt and stains, so you can be sure your dog’s ball will stay looking good, even after a tough play session. However, feel free to reach out to us if you're interested in a special request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
