We strongly recommend supervising pets during product use and consulting a veterinarian or dog training professional if you are unsure about product suitability.

We do our best to ensure all product information, descriptions, and specifications are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every dog or use case. It is the customer’s responsibility to assess whether a product is appropriate for their specific needs.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Shipping times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
